Added new SDI-12 commands aM3!, aM4! and aM5!. aM3! measures both channels with 50hz integration on the thermistor measurement, aM4! measures channel 1 with 50hz integration, and aM5! measures channel 2 with 50hz integration.
Added support for new radio module by increasing delay before RTS and adding a delay in the radio detection process.
